Refunds: We strive to provide our customers with fresh and beautiful blooms that you will fall in love with. If you have followed our flower care instructions and are unhappy with your flowers, please contact us and we will provide you with another bouquet.

Flower Care & Safety: For the longest vase life, put your flowers in water as soon as possible after pick up and add the flower food packet. To prevent wilting, keep flowers out of direct sunlight and heat. Change the water every other day and trim the stems 1/4" - 1/2" at each water change for the longest vase life. Our flowers are not intended to be ingested or for topical use--some flowers/foliages may be irritating to the skin and/or toxic to humans/pets if ingested. Customers agree not to hold Hill and Hollow Flowers responsible for the associated liability.

The Force of Mother Nature: We strive to provide our customers the freshest flowers possible, using sustainable and organic methods. However, Mother Nature is unpredictable and as such can cause crop failures due to weather, pests, or disease. Any of these unforeseen hardships may temporarily impact our ability to provide flowers. Therefore, bouquet shares are not guaranteed every week. In the rare occurrence that a major disruption on our farm prevents us from delivering our weekly bouquet subscriptions, we will communicate with our customers openly and honestly about the situation and will make-up that week's bouquet at another time.
